公司成立伊始，就树立“质量是生命、品质是基础”的意识，加强品质管理，严格质量关。目前公司拥有品质管理专业人才16人，并配备了各类先进品质检验检测设备42台（套）。在品质管理中，成功导入实施IS09001质量管理体系和ERP系统，把质量保证系统覆盖到从产品定项研发、试产及原材料采购、制程、成品监查出货和售后服务。实行品管部总负责，下一工序检测上一工序的制度，制造过程设立数道检验关，每工段外观全检、初次电气性能全检、产品全数带栽老化测试、再次电气性能全检，最终成品由品管部门抽样确认。公司成品合格率逐年提高，目前已经达到99.7%以上。同时建立了包括供应商管理、进料质量监查、制程查核、可靠性实验、环保管理、仪器校验、客户服务等品质保证管理系统。

Since its establishment, Seelux has been very strict with its quality management by sticking to the principle that quality is the foundation for living and development.  At present,  Seelux has 16 professionals in charge of quality  management and 42 advanced equipments for quality inspection and testing. The TS09001 Quality Management System and ERP system have been implemented for R&D, pilot production, raw material purchasing, production procedure, inspection of finished drivers and after-sale service. The Quality Assurance Department(QAD) is mainly responsible for the whole quality management system. There are several full inspections such as  visual inspection after every operational stage, primary full inspection for electric performance, loaded aging test, secondary full inspection for electric performance and a final random quality assurance done by the QAD. The QA staff at the next operational strictly checks on all of the finished/semi-finished products from the previous operational stage. The qualified rate of products has been increasing year by year and till now it is up to 99.7%. In addition, supplier, inspection of raw materials, process check, reliability tests, environmental management, equipment calibration and customer service also become integrated parts of the quality management system.
